Environmental education is a social practice process centering on the relationship between human beings and the environment, aiming at solving environmental problems and realizing sustainable development, aiming at improving people's environmental awareness and effective participation ability, popularizing environmental protection knowledge and skills and cultivating environmental protection talents. So what are the contents of environmental education?

1. Natural environment: protect mountains, green water, blue sky and ocean to prevent the deterioration of the natural environment. This involves not mining or cutting down trees without permission, minimizing random discharge (sewage), overgrazing, overexploiting natural resources, and destroying the ecological balance of nature. This level belongs to the macro level, which can only be solved by governments at all levels exercising their functions and carrying out regulation. Protecting nature is everyone's responsibility.

2. Life on the earth: including species preservation, plant and vegetation protection, animal return, biodiversity maintenance, rational and prudent use of genetic modification, special protection of endangered species, restoration of extinct species, habitat expansion, harmonious coexistence of human beings and creatures, and not bullying other species.

3. Human environment: make the environment more suitable for human work and labor needs. This involves all aspects of people's daily necessities, and must meet the requirements of science, hygiene, health and green. This level belongs to the micro level, which can only be solved through the conscious actions of citizens, the protection of government policies and regulations, the guidance of community organizations and education, and the joint management of all walks of life. Everyone on the earth has the right to protect the earth and enjoy everything on it. Oceans, mountains and forests are all natural, and everyone should cherish them.

4. As citizens, protecting our living environment means protecting the natural environment indirectly or directly; If we destroy the living environment, we will indirectly or directly destroy the natural environment.
