Disadvantages of children's EQ class
Participating in the EQ training class may indeed help children master some interpersonal skills, and also increase effective communication to a certain extent, making up for the lack of parents' time, but the final effect varies from person to person, which does not mean that children will definitely improve their EQ by participating in the same EQ training class.

At present, the cultivation of emotional intelligence in China is still immature, and there are even many chaos. For example, some training courses have little to do with emotional intelligence, but in order to meet the psychological needs of the public, they should also be labeled as "emotional intelligence"; There are also some EQ training class teachers who are not professional EQ trainers at all. By packaging some concepts and doing some exaggerated gimmicks, they cheat parents into paying for it.

Matters needing attention

1, EQ needs to be cultivated slowly.

In fact, the cultivation of emotional intelligence is realized through constant self-awareness and interpersonal communication, and it can only be accumulated through repeated tempering and suffering. It doesn't mean that you can learn it in just a few courses in the training class, but you also need the joint efforts of family, school and society, among which family education is particularly important.

2, the "routine" crash is not good.

At present, many training courses in China have a common problem, that is, the courses are basically fixed, interpersonal communication is simplified as "routines", and emotional intelligence is vulgarized as "relationship learning" and "success learning". Although this can make children accept and learn faster, it is not good for their growth. It may also make children lose the most important "true temperament" and "sincerity" in interpersonal communication in the process of learning mechanization and patterning.
