Guangxi Electrical Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1979. Originally organized by the State Ministry of Electric Power Industry, it was in charge of Guangxi Electric Power Industry Bureau. Now it is directly managed by Guangxi Education Department. It is the only public electric power college in Guangxi, a national quality college and a high-level vocational college in Guangxi. ?
The college was formerly known as Guangxi Electric Power Technical School and Nanning Electric Power School, and was founded in 1979. 200 1 The school is placed under the jurisdiction of Guangxi People's Government by the Ministry of Electric Power and is in charge of Guangxi Education Department. In 2004, with the approval of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, it was upgraded to a higher vocational and technical college.
