Legal basis: management measures for doctors' regular physical examination
Article 19 The state practices a system of recording doctors' behaviors. Doctors' behavior records are divided into good behavior records and bad behavior records. Good behavior records shall include the awards and commendations obtained by doctors in the practice process, the completion of government mandatory tasks, and the technical achievements obtained; Bad behavior records shall include administrative punishment, punishment, medical accident and other contents due to violation of medical and health management regulations and diagnosis and treatment norms. The record of doctor's behavior is one of the basis of doctor's assessment.
Twentieth doctors' regular assessment procedures are divided into general procedures and simple procedures. The general procedure is the assessment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III of these Measures. The simple procedure is to write a debriefing report for yourself, which is signed by the registered institution and submitted to the evaluation institution for review.
