Academic circles at home and abroad have not put forward a clear and generally accepted definition of educational internationalization. Our understanding of education internationalization is that education internationalization refers to the ideas, policies and various measures that put teaching, learning, research, service and management in the world education and culture for construction and management.

Internationalization is not only an idea, a policy and various measures, but also a process. Different countries and universities have different requirements for the degree and goal of internationalization in different periods. Therefore, in order to grasp the development level and goal realization degree of internationalization in practice, we should clearly put forward the operational definition of internationalization.

The internationalization of education has positive aspects that are conducive to the all-round development of society;

(1) The internationalization of education can make up for the shortage of intellectual resources in third world countries, help improve their educational level and promote the development of their educational undertakings.

(2) The internationalization of education is conducive to the third world countries to learn advanced educational experience and teaching technology from developed countries, which is also conducive to improving the education level of third world countries.

(3) In the process of internationalization of education, some international educational aid projects have indeed injected valuable educational development funds into the educational development of third world countries, when they are in urgent need of capital investment.
