Undergraduate students in distance network education are not allowed to take CET-6. Generally speaking, there are two conditions for reaching Level 4:

1. Candidates are full-time (generally accepted) and must study at school.

Only college students can apply, but not after graduation. You should know that online distance education is adult education and you don't need to study at school. So online education can't reach Band 4.

Although the diploma of online distance education cannot adopt CET-4, it can adopt CET-3 and professional qualification certificates, such as:

Teacher qualification certificate (Internet Education College can apply at the same time), first-class construction engineer (minimum education required by university), primary accounting certificate, supervision engineer, fire engineer, etc. As long as you meet the qualification requirements, there is no full-time academic requirement. Then you can apply for online distance education colleges or undergraduate courses.
