1. Discard books

Make a new one with blood paper and nightmare fuel and put it near Maxwell.

2. Click on the shadow production bar.

Step 3 Make shadow people

Consume any basic tools, nightmare fuel and mental value to build a shadow man.

4. Command shadow people.

Maxwell can command shadow people to work, log, mine, dig and fight.
