The number of years of compulsory education for school-age children and adolescents who borrow from school shall be subject to the provisions of the location of their permanent residence.
Measures for children and adolescents from other provinces and cities to borrow books in this city shall be formulated by the municipal education administrative department. The collection standard of the borrowing fee is proposed by the municipal education administrative department and approved by the municipal finance and price departments.
