In the scope of training, expand the coverage. Every year, the organization department of the county party Committee trains village cadres, including village party secretaries, village directors, college students and village cadres, and township party committees train other cadres of the village "two committees". In the form of training, it embodies diversity. One is the combination of classroom teaching and practical teaching. Break the single mode of sitting in the classroom, organize village cadres to observe and study in orchard planting base, tea industry base and characteristic breeding base, so that they can change their development concept and master practical technology on the spot. The second is the combination of teaching, learning and discussion. This year, during the training of village party secretaries and village directors after the village-level change in the county, special discussions were held on how to carry out "three meetings and one lesson", how to "two committees" in tuanjie village, and the difficulties and problems in rural work. By preparing the outline of the speech, appointing the center spokesman and summarizing comments interactively, the classroom atmosphere was enlivened and the knowledge of village cadres was increased. The third is the combination of academic education and skill training. By encouraging village cadres to participate in the "one university student project in one village" to improve their academic qualifications and holding special training courses by relevant functional departments, village cadres will be trained into highly educated talents and become rich first. Since last year, special training courses on rural tourism, rural practical technology and tea industry have been held successively. At present, there are still more than 180 village cadres in the county who have participated in electricity-saving correspondence learning.

In the training content, highlight the practicality. At present, it is mainly carried out around the county's "seven characteristic economic sectors", "one park, five districts and one center" and the construction of rural grassroots facilities. This year's training of village cadres includes the construction of village-level grass-roots organizations, how to do a good job in the assessment of village-level objectives, the rural socialized service guarantee system, the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the construction of new rural communities, the adjustment of rural industrial structure, land transfer, rural tourism, and the construction of small-scale water conservancy in rural areas. With rich, systematic and novel training content, we will continuously meet the multi-faceted and multi-level learning needs of village cadres and enhance the practicality of training.

In training management, it is gradually standardized. The organization department of the county party Committee will incorporate the training of village cadres into the assessment of organizational work objectives and responsibilities, and truly achieve planned training, measures and discipline. During the training period, the organization department took the lead, the party school hosted, the departments cooperated, the base participated, and the centralized training was semi-closed. Arrange special personnel to be responsible for the organization, coordination and security services during the training of village cadres, insist on training attendance, roll call in class, and check the bed at night. If you are sick, the township party Committee asks for leave from the organization department of the county party Committee, and asks for leave for more than one day to be included in the next study, which puts an end to the phenomenon that village cadres are busy with their work and do not participate in training at will.
