I still clearly remember that three years ago, I walked into a software company in fear and trembling. Facing the new life journey that is about to begin, I am nervous, excited and at a loss. Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, I was timid three years ago and have become an independent programmer. I'm very nervous and full at work every day. Looking back on the road we have traveled in the past three years, we have regrets when we failed, joy when we succeeded, but more of them are infinite expectations for the future.

Ibsen said: "What you plant when you are young will be harvested when you are old." What we think from this is that what you plant in the company's soil will be repaid by the company. If you are willing to take the responsibility of growth, then you will get the right to grow; If you take the growth of the company as your responsibility, then the company will naturally create growth opportunities for you; If you treat all kinds of affairs of the company with positive enthusiasm and wholehearted efforts, then your career and spirit will make the most remarkable progress in the company; As long as your behavior and attitude effectively promote the growth of the company, then the company will definitely give you a corresponding return.

With the growth of the company, I understand that the true meaning of work and life lies in creation. The harsh living environment has experienced our survival wisdom and inspired our infinite generating power. During the three years I have worked here, the projects I have participated in are getting bigger and bigger, and the technology is getting higher and higher. I personally experienced such major events as the company's software department changed to the technology department, obtained the qualification of double soft certification enterprise, established and implemented the company's performance appraisal system, passed the CMM2 evaluation, and was named as "the advanced collective of the city's transportation system informatization construction". In the past three years, I have done the most projects in the company, and I am also pleased with the progress of technical skills. The company also recognizes my progress and I am full of confidence in the future development of the company.

Software products such as "Highway Engineering Construction Supervision Information System Software 2.0" and "Highway Engineering Quality Supervision and Management System Software 2.0" that I participated in won the title of "Excellent Software Products in Shandong Province" in the selection activities. I am really proud to see the successful acceptance of the "Highway Public Travel Traffic Information Service System" that I participated in, and to use my own Pathfinder search engine. These achievements are inseparable from the company's environmental soil.

I will certainly encounter setbacks and difficulties in my future work, but I will keep my enthusiasm for my work anyway. As the real hero sings: how can you see the rainbow without experiencing wind and rain? No one can succeed casually. Yes, although I didn't become as good as I expected, I will still work hard silently, not for anything else, just because I have a heart to forge ahead and want to fly.
