The college mainly recruits healthy students with visual impairment, hearing impairment, speech impairment, physical impairment and various disabilities, and is interested in rehabilitation education for the disabled. It provides academic education and vocational skills training and appraisal for the disabled and disabled rehabilitation educators, and offers five higher vocational majors, including arts and crafts design, fashion design and technology, rehabilitation treatment technology, special education and computer application technology, with a national enrollment of 1580 students.
