Brief introduction of Huang kuangyuan
Huang Kuangyuan is from Shanghai. Born in 1944. He was educated in Hong Kong first, then studied in Britain, got a Master of Arts degree from Cambridge University, and obtained the qualification of chartered accountant in Britain and Wales. After returning to Hong Kong, he became a certified public accountant. He has served as vice chairman of the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Disabled Children, the Open Learning Institute of Hong Kong, treasurer of the Hong Kong Branch of the International Finance Association, vice chairman of the Hong Kong Marine Environmental Protection Association and member of the Public Accounts Committee. 1988 was elected as a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, 199 1 re-elected. Join the Hong Kong Liberal Democratic Union as the treasurer, and then join the Co-operative Resources Center. 1986 was appointed justice of the peace, and 1999 was awarded the gold bauhinia star by the Hong Kong government. At present, Huang Kuangyuan is the highest representative of Freemasonry in Hong Kong and the Far East (English Branch).
