The purpose of project management training
Project management training is an educational and training activity aimed at modern project management concepts, systems, processes and methods of managers and related professionals. After systematic training, students have systematic thinking and strategic thinking, change management habits, reduce randomness and uncertainty, and greatly improve work efficiency.
