What does a criminal offence mean?
Legal subjectivity:

A criminal offence refers to a violation of the provisions of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), endangering national and public security, disrupting social and economic order, and infringing citizens' personal rights and democratic rights. Violation of state-owned property or collective property or private property of citizens, obstruction of social management, endangering national defense interests and other criminal acts expressly stipulated by law. Article 3 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) is clearly defined as a crime in the criminal law, and shall be convicted and punished according to law; If the law does not clearly stipulate that it is a criminal act, it shall not be convicted and punished.

Legal objectivity:

Article 13 of the Criminal Law endangers national sovereignty, territorial integrity and security, splits the country, subverts the people's democratic dictatorship and overturns the socialist system, disrupts social and economic order, infringes on state-owned property or property collectively owned by working people, infringes on citizens' personal rights, democratic rights and other rights, and other acts that endanger society. However, the circumstances are obviously minor and the harm is not great.
