Candidates who apply for graduation from higher education self-study examination shall submit the following materials:
College: Registration Appraisal Form for Graduates of Qinghai Higher Education Self-taught Examination (in triplicate); All individual certificates (including transcripts of practical courses); Copy of ID card 1 copy.
Undergraduate course: Qinghai province higher education self-study exam graduates registration appraisal form (in triplicate); All individual certificates (including transcripts of practical courses); 1 copy of ID card; College diploma 1 copy; Electronic Registration and Filing Form of Education Certificate of Ministry of Education (including 2D verification code); 1 graduation thesis and defense report.
Candidates are required to submit graduation application materials within the specified time. The provincial self-study examination office shall, jointly with the examiners' schools, conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of candidates applying for graduation, and report them to the examination center of the Ministry of Education for review after passing the preliminary examination. After passing the examination, the provincial self-study office will print the graduation certificate. Candidates who pass the examination will begin to receive the graduation certificate in March (graduates in the second half of the year) and September (graduates in the first half of the year) every year.
