Education and training contract dispute
Legal subjectivity:

Solutions to technical training contract disputes: negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation, etc. Negotiation or mediation is the first way to be adopted. When negotiation or mediation fails, arbitration or trial can be decided according to the contract.

Legal objectivity:

Article 470 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates the contents of the contract, which generally includes the following clauses: (1) the name and domicile of the parties; (2) Subject matter; (3) quantity; (4) quality; (5) Price or remuneration; (6) Time limit, place and method of performance; (7) Liability for breach of contract; (8) Methods for resolving disputes. The parties may conclude a contract by referring to the model texts of various contracts. Article 2 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Arbitration Law Contract disputes and other property rights disputes between citizens, legal persons and other organizations with equal subjects may be arbitrated.
