As a class teacher, I often receive "Mr. Tang, why is my child so disobedient?"
"Teacher Tang, why can't my children read Pinyin?"
"Teacher Tang, why is my child's concentration so poor?"
I asked, "Dear parents and friends, what do you usually do at home?" From the answers I got, I found that some parents and children have contradictions and will veto them with one vote; Children who mispronounce pinyin will scold and have no patience; Children are educated immediately after being left behind, and there is no chance to explain!
Many parents are in a hurry when educating their children. They don't have the idea of "waiting for flowers to bloom", just want to see the results immediately! However, such educational thought is only superficial and has not been put into practice!
In fact, the real gardener will not care about the flowering time, but will only work silently, wait and watch! You can't wait for the flowers to bloom, but ignore the silent cultivation.
When you admire others' strong expressive ability and rich literacy, in fact, people have been insisting on punching in parent-child reading every day since kindergarten to develop knowledge in practice; When you admire others' strict discipline, courtesy and dedication in school, in fact, people often train at home and set an example; When you envy others for their good math scores and strong logical thinking, in fact, their parents will build blocks and play math games with their children whenever they have time!
As a class teacher, I should lead by example, moisten things quietly, educate students with sincere feelings, influence students, open my heart, and believe that all problems can be solved.
As a parent, I don't think we should make decisions for our children at the early stage of their growth, but only assist and advise them! I believe that only in this way can this flower bloom silently!
