1, the manuscript should be creative, scientific and practical, with clear arguments, reliable data, refined words, clear levels, accurate data, neat and standardized handwriting, and statistical processing if necessary.

2. The questions should be concise and eye-catching and reflect the theme of the article. The Chinese question does not exceed 20 Chinese characters.

3. Use abbreviations as little as possible. When it must be used, the full name should be written in the place where it first appears, and then the Chinese abbreviation or the English abbreviation and its abbreviation should be marked in brackets, and the latter two should be separated by ","(if the abbreviation is already known, the English abbreviation can be omitted). Abbreviations are not allowed to migrate.

4. The electronic manuscript must be sent together with the email attachment in Word format, and the author's star, title, unit, postal code, contact number, abstract and keywords must be indicated under the title.

5. If there are any measurement units in the paper, they must all be written in international standards.

6. The number of words in the paper is less than 2,600 words, and the two editions are no more than 5,200 words, and so on.

7. References, if any, should be marked with Arabic numerals and square brackets in the upper right corner according to the citation order, and the author's name, citation title, publishing unit and publication date of the cited references should be marked in the text according to the citation order.
