Project management is usually the management of enterprise business processes. In recent years, it has been gradually applied in the teaching management of colleges and universities, and its effect has been highly recognized by colleges and universities, because the teaching management of colleges and universities is an important foundation for the normal and orderly operation of the whole university. However, in the current teaching management, the person in charge of colleges and universities has not paid too much attention to it, which leads to the weak learning atmosphere of students and the incorrect teaching attitude of teachers. Therefore, from the perspective of project management, this paper briefly summarizes the implementation status and existing problems of the reform of teaching management system in colleges and universities in China. According to the main contents of China's educational development prospects and combined with the existing problems, this paper puts forward some useful suggestions and improvement measures, with a view to making major universities attach importance to teaching management, realize its importance, and better demonstrate the standardization and effectiveness of universities.
Keywords: project management; University teaching management; Current situation; Problems and countermeasures
First, the current status of college teaching management
From my investigation on the reform of teaching management system in colleges and universities in China in recent years, through consulting some literature research, field investigation and case analysis, I finally think that the evolution process, implementation factors and final results of the reform of teaching management system in colleges and universities in China are not satisfactory. One of the most obvious characteristics is that the innovative teaching management system in Chinese universities is not suitable for the reform and development of higher education. This is like the relationship between shoes and feet that we often say. Feet don't fit, and shoes don't fit. When the school implements this teaching management mode, students will not feel very comfortable, and teachers will not be able to accurately locate the teaching objectives, which will also affect the final teaching quality. This is not conducive to students' foothold in the society as a talent training base in colleges and universities. For example, in terms of students' self-management, many college students can't consciously and actively improve themselves, and they are still in the consciousness mode of teacher supervision. For another example, from the teacher's point of view, most teachers in colleges and universities are "class-class-home" mode, and students' doubts and problems can not be solved in time, resulting in problems stranded. From this perspective, the teaching management system needs both the guidance of teachers and the cooperation of students. Only when these two aspects are compatible with each other can contemporary college students who live in them benefit and go further in the future.
Second, the project management perspective of teaching management problems in colleges and universities
(A) the person in charge of colleges and universities lacks awareness of teaching management control
From the perspective of management consciousness, there are still many shortcomings in the teaching management of university leaders, especially in some colleges whose profit purpose is higher than educational purpose. Many colleges and universities pay attention to the actual teaching content, mainly emphasizing students' skills acquisition and knowledge improvement, with employment as the main teaching purpose. However, it does not emphasize the standardization and rationality of teaching, lacks consciousness in teaching design, tasks and management system management, and does not clearly define teachers' teaching obligations, school management content and students' learning quality. This will easily lead to defects in teaching management in colleges and universities, and it is impossible to effectively manage and control students and teachers.
(2) The teaching management system and methods in colleges and universities are relatively traditional.
Judging from the current teaching management system in most colleges and universities, the model is traditional and outdated, and the student-centered teaching management model has no innovation. Because the current teaching management is mainly designed for teachers, such as teaching work plan and teaching objectives, which are formulated according to the current situation of teachers' work, and are not adjusted according to students' learning situation. In addition, many colleges and universities do not make full use of modern information facilities to understand the quality of students' learning, the work of teachers and the views and exchanges between teachers and students.
(C) students' self-management efforts are not enough
Students' own qualities, including morality, intelligence, physique and labor, are different. Colleges and universities should manage popular education with the model of management elite, but obviously this method is unreasonable, which leads to students' lack of self-management, and will spend more energy on the change of students' concepts in teaching management, thus affecting the improvement of teaching management level.
Second, how to effectively improve the existing problems
(A) strengthen the awareness of teaching management in colleges and universities, and do a good job in management is the premise.
Nowadays, we have obviously entered an era different from our parents'. Being admitted to a university does not mean that the past is "carp yue longmen". In other words, entering a prestigious school can't bring students a superior living environment in the future, and current universities can't guarantee their future. However, if the university students attend can have a good teaching management system suitable for their own development, it will have a good impetus to students' healthy growth, learning to be a man and mastering knowledge. Therefore, both enterprises and universities need managers to realize the importance of top management, which is the premise to ensure the normal operation and long-term development of enterprises or universities. For colleges and universities, in the design of teaching management system, it is necessary to fully consider the team building among teachers, the distribution of teaching tasks and the effective communication between the two sides to ensure the steady improvement of teaching management quality.
(B) project information to promote teaching management
The third scientific and technological revolution, like a warm spring breeze, slowly blows all over the education field, followed by the acceleration of the process of educational informatization and the development of online education, which broke the simple and closed teaching mode in the past and replaced it with a new teaching management mode characterized by openness, extensive use of modern technology and personalized and autonomous learning. At the same time, the scientific and technological revolution has brought about the innovation of network technology, allowing teachers to conduct distance education through the network and other channels, allowing students to study online, choose courses across schools, pursue advanced studies across schools and even across countries, and complete their studies through the network, all of which have become a reality under the impetus of science and technology. In this context, the application of advanced teaching management system has obviously adapted to the new needs of the development of higher education in China in the new century.
(C) using incentive mechanism to promote students' self-management
It is imperative to reform and innovate the teaching management system in colleges and universities, which also involves a theory of institutional change. We can also combine the system construction of college students' association management with it, so that autonomous management can not only arouse students' enthusiasm and creativity, but also let students enter the top of the school, so that their opinions and suggestions can be fully accepted by the school, and the school's decisions can fully reflect public opinion. This incentive mechanism can effectively promote students' self-supervision, strengthen communication between teachers and students, between students and between schools and students, and improve the quality of teaching management.
Third, the conclusion
To sum up, from the perspective of project management, this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and main problems of teaching management in colleges and universities, and puts forward effective measures to improve its shortcomings, so as to promote the overall teaching management in colleges and universities and make students grow into talents needed by society in a more reasonable environment. It can be seen that there are still various problems in the teaching management of colleges and universities in China, but through the joint efforts of educational institutions, schools and students, it is believed that there will be fewer and fewer defects and deficiencies, thus becoming the mainstay of promoting the school management system.
