What do you need to pay attention to when removing breast lumps?
Breast lump experts pointed out that when the breast touches a specific lump, in principle, it should be surgically removed for pathological biopsy to clarify the pathological nature, and endocrine therapy should not be applied casually before a clear diagnosis. Then, before mastectomy, we should pay attention to: first, do not take aspirin-containing drugs within two weeks before mastectomy, because aspirin will reduce platelet coagulation function. It is not suitable for surgery during menstrual period, pregnancy and lactation for 6 months. Sexual life should be avoided within one week after mastectomy, and the breasts should be extra careful within one month thereafter. Secondly, patients with breast masses caused by hypertension and diabetes should inform the doctor in detail when they are first diagnosed, so that the attending doctor can confirm the operation plan. Third, make sure that you are healthy and free from infectious diseases or other body inflammation before breast mass resection. There are three points to pay attention to after breast mass resection. First, avoid upper limb activity after operation and bandage the upper chest when necessary. Secondly, take proper amount of vitamin E after operation. If the wound is found to be red and swollen or has a small amount of exudate, physical therapy can be performed when the skin hardens. Finally, put on a tight elastic top to shape within two weeks after operation.
