(four) the applicant shall have the corresponding academic qualifications, as follows:

5. To apply for the qualification of a teacher in a secondary vocational school, one should have a bachelor's degree or above from a normal university or other university.
6. Those who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools should have graduated from secondary vocational schools or above, and have professional and technical positions above assistant engineer or technical level above intermediate level.

(six) the applicant should have good physical and psychological quality, be able to meet the needs of education and teaching, have the ability to teach and educate people, and meet the physical conditions stipulated by the state for engaging in education and teaching. No infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, and passed the physical examination in hospitals designated by teacher qualification accreditation institutions at all levels.
(7) The applicant shall pass the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and have a certificate of qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education (within the validity period). To apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers as teaching subjects and subjects, it shall be consistent with the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers.

(2) The accreditation bodies for kindergarten teachers' qualifications, primary school teachers' qualifications and junior high school teachers' qualifications are the applicant's domicile and residence: the specific county (district) education bureau.
(3) active servicemen and armed police stationed in Longnan City apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in their own units or the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation institutions of their units.
4. Preventive measures
(1) The information provided by the applicant online must be true and valid. If the teacher's qualification cannot be confirmed due to the untrue and inaccurate information provided, the applicant shall bear the responsibility; Applicants can only apply for one teacher qualification certificate at a time, and they cannot apply for a second teacher qualification certificate nationwide within one natural year after successful application.
(2) The applicant shall truthfully fill in the personal letter as required and be responsible for the content. (2) Physical examination
1. The applicant downloads and prints the Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Gansu Province (see Annex 2 for the template) and binds it as required.

3. The items to be checked in the physical examination form should be true and complete, and signed by the chief inspector of each department of the hospital. The hospital should fill in the opinions and affix the official seal at the medical examination results (the medical examination form without the opinions or the official seal is invalid).
4. Applicants during pregnancy can be exempted from medical examination items that are not suitable for pregnant women. Other items that can be detected are qualified, which shall be deemed as passing the physical examination. 5. (7) Other supplementary materials. 5. (4) Issuing certificates
