Education needs love to punish the feeling of reading.
I'm from the east, too.

Recently, education punishment has become a hot topic in newspapers. The topic was caused by a series of campus injury cases the other day.

A person concerned from the Ministry of Education said that teachers' appropriate and moderate punishment does not belong to corporal punishment of students, and it is not recommended to tolerate or even accommodate all behaviors of students. Therefore, some people call for: the current education is too tolerant, and punishment must be restarted; Some people worry that education punishment is tantamount to walking on the edge of a thunder pool, and if you are not careful, you will get burned.

The author thinks that whether education should be punished should not be debated. Educational theorists have long said that education without punishment is incomplete education. What needs to be reflected is precisely: why don't we dare to use punishment properly now? Why do some disciplinary effects of "hating iron and not producing steel" often backfire?

Some people say that punishment is always offensive. I said, otherwise. You see, how many loving mothers have punished their children in strict father since ancient times, and how many children will resent their parents' strictness in the future; Similarly, many talented people have been punished differently in the process of growing up, which often becomes an opportunity for them to mature. If children don't hate their parents, it is because of the maintenance of blood and family ties; Then, the premise of those punishments that produce positive results must be mutual trust. Many excellent teachers have this experience: after students graduate, the troublemakers who are punished the most in those years are often the people closest to the teacher, because they know that the teacher is really good for him. Thus, whether the punishment is effective, whether it is love or hate, depends on whether the two sides have an emotional foundation and trust each other, which is exactly a kind of interpersonal relationship that needs to be improved in current education.

Looking closely at the present teacher-student relationship, I always feel a lack of intimacy. Some teachers are afraid of making much ado about nothing, and rarely ask about things outside the classroom, even those who should be in charge are blind, let alone the usual emotional communication; A few teachers simply alienated the relationship between teachers and students into a relationship of interest. You ask me to take care of you more, and I'll let you do something personal. Seemingly friendship, but there is not much real trust in the bones. This sense of alienation and even indifference between teachers and students will not only affect the daily teaching effect, but also challenge the dignity of teachers more and more. In this way, once the contradiction between teachers and students intensifies, it is easy to have injury accidents.

Therefore, the author believes that the current campus needs punishment, but it needs warmth more. Only when students really feel the care of teachers in their daily lives, can immediate education and punishment not breed hostility. I am glad to hear that Shanghai has recently issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of "Warm Classroom" in Shanghai's primary and secondary schools, which will improve the educational environment from the aspects of environment, psychology and emotion, and close the relationship between teachers and students. I believe it will definitely bring gratifying changes to the campus.

Education without punishment is incomplete education. Similarly, the punishment without love must be the punishment without success.
