It is the local new media service platform of Xinhua Aesthetic Education (referred to as "Xinhua Aesthetic Education"). It is a micro-lesson public welfare project of Xinhua Aesthetic Education jointly developed by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and Shaanxi Branch of Xinhua News Agency. It aims to fully implement the opinions of General Office of the State Council on strengthening and improving aesthetic education in schools, provide free online high-quality aesthetic education course resources and services for primary and secondary school students and aesthetic education teachers in the province, interact with teachers and students in the form of WeChat and online, alleviate the shortage of aesthetic education teachers, and provide standardized aesthetic education courses for teachers and students through a series of micro-videos. Better absorb resources, facilitate learning and promote the development of students' aesthetic education.

Ankang No.1 Primary School actively responded to the promotion of aesthetic education by Ankang Education Bureau, and held a mobilization meeting of Xinhua Aesthetic Education Platform under the great attention of school leaders. At the meeting, Director Xu Xinyong of the Academic Affairs Office read out the specific contents and requirements of the document of Ankang Education Bureau on the implementation of "Xinhua Aesthetic Education".
