What are the precautions for electric welding machine?
(1) The welder is a special type of work, has passed the physical examination, has undergone professional safety technology study, training and assessment, and can only operate independently after holding the Operation Certificate for Special Type of Work.

(2) Welding operators and cooperating personnel must wear labor protection articles according to regulations, and must implement safety measures to prevent accidents such as electric shock, falling, poisoning and fire.

(3) The welding machine must be placed in a well-ventilated, dry and non-corrosive medium, away from high temperature and dust; Electric welding machines used in the open air shall be protected by canopy. Electric welding machines shall be padded with insulation, the insulation height shall be not less than 200mm, and equipped with fire-fighting equipment according to regulations. Implement measures such as rain, moisture and sun protection.

(4) Flammable and explosive articles such as oil, wood, oxygen bottles and acetylene bottles shall not be piled up within the welding site 10m.

(5) The welding machine must be equipped with a separate power switch and automatic power-off device; The shell of electric welding machine must have reliable zero connection or grounding protection, which conforms to safety regulations. Before use, check that the primary and secondary wires are connected correctly, and the input voltage is consistent with the nameplate of the welding machine. After the power is connected, it is forbidden to touch the live part of the primary line. Primary wiring and secondary wiring must be equipped with protective covers.

(6) The secondary tap connection copper plate should be compacted, and the terminal should have gaskets; Before closing, carefully check the connecting nuts, bolts and other parts to ensure that they are intact and free from looseness or damage.

(7) When multiple electric welding machines are used intensively, they should be tapped on the three-phase power supply network to balance the three-phase load. The grounding devices of multiple welding machines shall be connected with grounding electrodes respectively, and shall not be connected in series.

(8) When moving the welding machine, cut off the power supply, and do not drag the cable to move the welding machine. In case of sudden power failure during welding, the power supply should be cut off immediately.

(9) It is strictly prohibited to weld pressure pipes, containers containing inflammable and explosive substances and stress components during operation.

(10) When welding nonferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and lead, it must be carried out in a well-ventilated place, and the welder should wear a gas mask.

(1 1) When welding in the container, the following measures must be taken: the container must have air inlet, air outlet and ventilation equipment; The lighting voltage in the container shall not exceed 12V, and someone must supervise the welding; It is forbidden to weld in containers that have been sprayed with paint or glue.

(12) When welding preheating parts, baffles shall be set to isolate radiation heat from preheating parts.

(13) When welding at high altitude, you must fasten your seat belt, and there should be fire prevention measures around and below the weldment, and there should be special care.

(14) When the welding wire passes through the road, it must be overhead or buried in the underground protective tube. If it crosses the track, it must pass under it.

(15) The grounding wire and the handle wire shall not be placed on inflammable, explosive and heat source articles; The grounding wire must be connected to the site, and shall not be connected to the metal frame of pipes, machine tools or other buildings. The grounding wire shall be well insulated, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4Ω.

(16) Open-air welding is not allowed in rainy days; When working in wet areas, operators should stand in places covered with insulating materials and wear insulating shoes.

(17) When using the electric welding machine that has been out of service for a long time, use a shaking table to check that its insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5MΩ, and the wiring part should not be corroded or affected with damp.

(18) The electrode holder should have good insulation and heat insulation, and its handle must be well insulated. The handle shall be firmly connected with the conductor with good contact, and the joint shall be wrapped with insulating cloth and shall not be exposed. The operator shall not hold the electrode holder with his arm.

(19) When welding the back, fasten the collar, cuff and wear a fire-proof cap; Wear protective glasses when cleaning welding slag, and keep your head away from the splashing direction of welding slag.

(20) The welding machine must be placed in the specified place after use, and the welding wire must be recycled after use, and inspected and maintained.
