The validity period of licensed pharmacist registration is
Licensed pharmacists have been registered for five years. If the re-registration formalities are not completed within the time limit, the registered certificate of licensed pharmacist will automatically become invalid and can no longer practice as a licensed pharmacist.

A licensed pharmacist applying for registration must meet the following conditions:

(1) Obtaining the professional qualification certificate of licensed pharmacists.

(3) Being in good health and being able to persist in the work of licensed pharmacists.

Re-registration materials:

Application form for re-registration of licensed pharmacist, licensed pharmacist qualification certificate, original and photocopy of licensed pharmacist registration certificate, licensed pharmacist continuing education registration certificate, three recent one-inch bareheaded frontal bust photos, and health certificate issued by disease prevention and control institutions at or above the county level (including the county level).
