The experimental education class is led by three famous schools: shijiazhuang tiedao university, Hebei University of Science and Technology and North China University of Science and Technology (formerly Hebei United University). At the same time, the project has been supported by four national demonstration higher vocational colleges, including Shijiazhuang Railway Vocational and Technical College, Chengde Petroleum College, Xingtai Vocational and Technical College (Xingtai Quartermaster) and Hebei Industrial Vocational and Technical College.

This project adopts the way of two batches of undergraduate admission, that is to say, students need to pass the college entrance examination and reach a certain score line before they have the opportunity to enter this project. Then, they will study in these four higher vocational colleges for four years. It is worth noting that all courses focus on the engineering field.
