Some universities use education network, and online games are divided into Netcom, Telecom and Mobile Zone. There will be a high delay in playing telecom or netcom in the education network across regions, which will affect the game experience. Therefore, in order to let the education network enjoy LOL, the government has set up a special area for college students, called the education network area.
