Experience of teaching practice for middle school teachers (1) On xx, xx, I started an eight-week internship in Class xx, Grade VII, and Class xx, Grade VII of xx Middle School, xx City, xx Province. The basic contents of my internship are mainly Chinese teaching and the work of the class teacher. Although it was only a short month, under the serious guidance of school leaders, instructors and other teachers, I actively and responsibly completed my own teaching content and the management of the class teacher, and gained a lot.
According to the requirements of the school and my own ability, at the suggestion of the tutor, the main work in the first week is to attend various lectures and learn different teachers' teaching methods and classroom management methods through lectures. Different teachers and students have different designs and different effects. Through their classroom teaching, I have learned new teaching ideas and methods, which are enlightening to me on how to conduct classroom teaching, how to seize the opportunity of asking questions, how to improve students' participation and so on. While writing down my own experience, I also actively communicated with the practice instructor to help her correct her homework, learn how to find the weak links of students in her homework, give guidance and help after class, and solve problems in class in time.
From the second week, I began a formal trial teaching. Due to the special situation that the practice instructor took two weeks off, under the arrangement of the school, I actively cooperated with and assisted the school, and under the guidance of two other senior teachers, I was responsible for teaching Chinese subjects in two classes. Although the task is heavier than other interns, it just gives me a chance to hone, let me learn more and improve myself quickly.
Xx Middle School is a rural middle school. Most of the students are rural students with relatively weak foundation. Based on my study experience in the previous week, I have some ideas about my teaching. Chinese should be good at absorbing, accumulating, digesting and using. I hope that in class, students will not only learn the knowledge in the text, but also learn to draw inferences from others and creatively recombine what they have learned with their daily life experience. Secondly, in teaching, we should always remember that students are the main body, and teachers only promote and assist. I hope that through my own teaching in the classroom, I can guide students to think and cultivate their awareness of autonomous learning, instead of doing what the teacher says and neglecting to cultivate their learning ability. This method has been greatly affirmed by school leaders in the subsequent teaching application.
Every time I teach, I always prepare lessons a few days in advance, try teaching seriously, think about possible problems in class, revise teaching plans repeatedly, and constantly improve my teaching methods. After preparing lessons and attending classes, I found that many problems can not be solved by simple teaching plans. The students sitting under the podium are no longer the students who trained in the workshop with me in the past, but the real students. They will not echo my questions like my classmates, but really think or wait for my answer. They will suddenly ask questions when they don't understand, and they will be distracted. How to solve this problem needs to be gradually realized and improved in each lecture. At first, I was nervous. Because of my inexperience and kindness, the classroom discipline is too lax. Secondly, when the bell rings, I always forget to make a summary for the class. These problems have been gradually improved and overcome under the guidance of the instructor.
After more than a month's study, my teaching ability has been improved rapidly. I know how to create interesting learning scenes for students and stimulate their interest in learning. Learn to make full use of the psychological characteristics such as curiosity, activeness and thirst for knowledge of junior one students, closely combine the characteristics of Chinese subject, inspire them to think positively, stimulate students' thirst for knowledge, promote students' cognitive emotion to change from potential state to positive state, and produce eager consciousness of subject exploration.
Secondly, at the end of the class, don't summarize the text by yourself, but ask the students, such as | "What did you learn in this class?" "What is the inspiration" and so on. So that students can have a general grasp of the important and difficult points in the whole class, grasp the key points, digest the difficulties and achieve the teaching objectives.
Third, strive to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and a harmonious teaching atmosphere. I find that students will bring their own feelings more or less in class. A teacher who is not liked by students will not listen carefully, and what's more, he will completely ignore it. I used the age gap to create a harmonious teaching atmosphere and really achieved good teaching results. After class, students will take the initiative to come to the office to communicate with me about the difficulties encountered in study.
In the middle of xx, the school held a mid-term exam. Class xx of Grade One ranks first in Chinese, and Class xx of Grade One ranks third. This achievement can be said that my teaching practice is still successful.
The task of the class teacher is also the focus of the internship. Teachers should have not only teaching ability, but also management ability. The first week of training freshmen gave me a lot of time to get familiar with my classmates and get to know the class in advance. In the second week, I officially became the internship head teacher of Class xx in Senior One. Because the age gap is not big, to some extent, I communicate with students as friends, but the distance between teachers and students is difficult to control, and students gradually forget their position, which makes it difficult to improve management. This became a puzzle during my internship, and later the director said, "slap the students and rub them three times." Let me benefit a lot, in my own continuous progress, I gradually learned to put on a gentle smile at an appropriate time, quite serious, and began to have the majesty of a class teacher.
As a class teacher, love, patience and communication skills are very important. In school, the head teacher is the first guardian of the students. A truly conscientious class teacher is more attentive to students than parents. Teachers should take students as the main body at all times. In practice, I learned to give full play to the psychological characteristics of junior high school students, cultivate students' self-management ability and sense of ownership, and give full play to the main role of class cadres. At the parent-teacher conference, I boldly asked students to participate in the design with me, making the usual stereotyped parent-teacher conference very exciting, praised by parents and leaders, bringing the relationship between teachers and parents, teachers and students, students and parents closer, so that teachers and parents can contact each other, get to know the students' situation at the first time and make decisions as soon as possible.
In practice, I come to the conclusion that the head teacher should always adhere to "one standard" in his work and use the same standard for good students and underachievers when dealing with class affairs. Usually, good students are easy to be favored, while underachievers often make teachers biased, so the class teacher must be fair in "law enforcement". If the treatment is biased, it will encourage good students' bad habits and proud temperament and suppress the ambitions of underachievers. So equality is very important.
With the guidance of school leaders, teachers and the cooperation of students, Class xx of Grade One in Senior High School has achieved excellent results in grade appraisal.
During this short eight-week internship, I had the opportunity to organically combine theory with practice, thus discovering my own shortcomings. I benefited a lot from the guidance of the instructor, which made me understand the responsibility of the teacher and that the teacher must have more patience and love to treat every student than ordinary people. Every teacher should shape and maintain a self-fulfilling teaching personality according to individual differences and student differences, so as to improve classroom teaching efficiency in an all-round way and learn more actively and independently. Through this internship, I also deeply feel that "preaching, teaching and solving doubts" is a long-term and arduous task, which requires the joint efforts of every teacher.
Experience of teaching practice for middle school teachers (2) The practice for several weeks has finally ended. The past few days in middle school have made me feel the glory of being a teacher, and at the same time, I have realized the hard work of being a gardener and found some shortcomings of myself. Being an ordinary middle school teacher is not a simple matter.
In the study process of mathematics education in the past three years, more emphasis has been placed on the study of advanced mathematics and some elementary mathematics knowledge, as well as the study of educational theory and psychological theory. Mastering new educational theoretical knowledge and solid, systematic and profound professional knowledge can make our own knowledge structure constantly improve, update and develop, so that we can condescend, thoroughly understand the teaching materials and use them freely in teaching. As we will shoulder the sacred responsibility of teaching and educating people, this is of course necessary, but it is also necessary.
Modern education requires teachers not only to be proficient in the professional knowledge of a certain subject, understand the educational theory and master the educational methods, but also to have good language and writing skills, a wide range of knowledge, good interpersonal skills, solid basic skills and certain teaching arts. At the same time, teachers are required to have a correct outlook on life and values, a certain cultural accomplishment and noble aesthetic taste.
As a special profession, teachers need to have strong language skills in order to impart their existing knowledge to students as efficiently as possible. Teachers are the link and transmission channel between book knowledge and students. Han Yu, an ancient writer, said: "Teachers are also preachers, teachers and puzzles." No matter how to preach, teach and dispel doubts, it must be done through language, especially oral English, but so far there is no corresponding course in this field. In the process of middle school internship, students who are biased against liberal arts courses after listening to the old teacher often say that poor language and literature and poor understanding ability will affect the study of mathematics and other sciences. This is true for students and also for teachers. Lack of expressive ability and methods will directly affect the effect of classroom teaching and reduce the efficiency of classroom teaching. The same teaching content, the same teaching method, the effect of different teachers may be completely different, and the learning effect of students may also be completely different. In this case, the teacher's oral expression ability directly determines the classroom teaching effect and the quality of the whole education. Educator Suhomlinski said: "The language quality of teachers largely determines the efficiency of students' mental work in the classroom. "
Therefore, as a science student, I think it is necessary for our normal students to learn Chinese courses, especially the ability training of oral expression, and how to make the language expression vivid and passionate in the teaching process and attract students' attention. In the course of educational theory, the importance of expression in the teaching process is also mentioned slightly, but it is mainly the content of theory and outline, and there is little training in actual expression, which is far from achieving the due effect.
In addition, although multimedia teaching is quite developed today, the most commonly used and convenient teaching media are still blackboards and chalk. The neatness and even beauty of blackboard writing will also affect the effect of classroom teaching and students' evaluation of teachers. Good blackboard writing, after being copied as notes by students, can help students remember the classroom content quickly; The scribbled, illegible and irregular blackboard writing makes students feel at a loss when taking notes, and can't achieve the effect of blackboard writing. Whether the teacher's blackboard writing is rigorous and standardized can exert a subtle influence on students. The nonstandard Chinese characters, punctuation and format in the teacher's blackboard writing are often imitated by students in the exercise books and even in the examination papers. Therefore, at this stage, while learning all kinds of teachers' skills, we hope to offer some corresponding calligraphy and chalk courses, or carry out more such activities to cultivate teachers' basic skills.
In addition, more than a month ago, I went to the podium for the first time. After half an hour, I began to feel dry and sore throat. What I was most worried about at that time was that I couldn't stick to this course. Fortunately, no, I just lost my voice for a few days. Later, it was found that many middle school teachers had chronic pharyngitis. By my side, my teaching teacher has been suffering from vocal cord transition fatigue and hoarse voice since she took up her post as a teacher for several years. Another new teacher in the office, who is on probation, also lost her voice in a class that lasted less than a month. Pharyngolaryngitis has become an occupational disease of many teachers in recent years. So I was wondering if we could be given some guidance on how to speak out and how to protect ourselves in the course of normal majors, so that we can finish our work better after stepping onto the three-foot platform.
The task of teachers is not only to "teach", but also to "educate". Therefore, the influence exerted by teachers on students must be all-round. If teachers want to gain the means and talents to exert all-round influence on students, they must have extensive basic knowledge of culture and science on the premise of being familiar with certain professional knowledge. Even a math teacher should have a certain knowledge of humanities and history in addition to the professional knowledge of mathematics and related science knowledge. The persuasiveness of theory needs rich and vivid knowledge, and teachers must have a broad knowledge background in order to inspire students and demonstrate problems from many angles and sides in teaching, improve the persuasiveness of theory with extensive knowledge and enhance the charm of teaching. "To teach students a glass of water, teachers should have a bucket of water", so can the school arrange more opportunities for normal students to take science and humanities courses, improve our knowledge level and optimize the knowledge structure?
These are just some thoughts during my internship, and some of them are caused by my shortcomings. In the paper, I feel that I am suspected of teaching others to swim, which is really my real idea. I also learned a lot in this internship, hoping to become a qualified teacher in the future.
