Processing flow:

Before returning from abroad, you should apply for the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students at the Education Department of the embassy of your school, which is a necessary material for certification.

Register a new user on the website of foreign academic credentials system, fill in the basic information and application form, and you can query foreign academic credentials online.
3. Submit the certification materials to the selected certification point as required and pay the fees.
Everyone is preparing academic credentials, and then we must find a formal academic credentials translation company to translate foreign academic credentials and transcripts into Chinese, and then submit the materials at the selected certification point.
4. The qualification for studying abroad is completed.
The study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education will mail the certificate to the address you fill in or pick it up.
Materials required for certification:
A two-inch (or two-inch) photo with a certificate on a blue background;
2. The original and photocopy of the degree certificate or higher education diploma in the foreign source language (the official language of the issuing country) to be certified. (that is, the original degree certificate issued to you by the school. E.g., below)
3. The original and photocopy of the complete official transcripts of the courses that require a certified degree certificate or higher education diploma;
4. The original Chinese translation of foreign degree certificates (higher education diplomas) and transcripts (research letters) that need to be certified (must be translated by a regular translation agency (company), and personal translation is invalid.
5. To study in a foreign university and obtain a foreign academic degree certificate while studying in a domestic university, the applicant shall provide the original and photocopy of the domestic university graduation certificate or Xuexin.com registration certificate (/).
6. The originals and photocopies of all the passports of the applicant (including the first page-personal information page, the last page-my signature page, and all visa records and entry and exit records during studying abroad).
7. Authorization statement signed by the applicant.
8.EMS express mail list (the mail list is provided by the verification institution; Please fill in the address and telephone number commonly used in China, which is consistent with the information filled in by the authentication system).
