Kuixing Building, the former site of the Front Committee of the Seventh Army, is located in the government of Wuzhuan Town, 30 kilometers southwest of Donglan County. It was built by five seal writers in the thirty-second year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1906). It is a four-story hexagonal tower with wood and stone structure, with a bottom width of 7m and a height of18m. 1923, when Wei Baqun organized farmers to attack Donglan City, the operational headquarters was located in this building. From 1926 to 1927, Donglan Revolutionary Committee and Wuzhuan Farmers' Association all work in this building.

1930 in the spring and summer, the former enemy Committee of the Seventh Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army was located in this building, and the secretary of the front Committee and the commander Zhang worked and stayed upstairs. During this period, Deng Xiaoping took Donglan as the center and led the Youjiang people to carry out a vigorous agrarian revolutionary movement. Party member, a training course for leading cadres of the Soviet government in East Railway Station and Fengshan County, was held in Jiuzhoutun, Wuzhuan County. Three textbooks, Policies and Slogans of Agrarian Revolution, Organization and Tasks of the Soviet Union and Problems of the Party, were personally compiled and presented to the students. In Dongli Village, Wei Baqun's hometown, he started the farmers' political evening school and founded the first cooperative in Youjiang-Dongli Cooperative. Kuixinglou, the former site of the Front Committee of the Seventh Army, is one of the landmark sites of Youjiang Revolution and an important place for revolutionary tradition and patriotic education in this area. 1On February 26th, 963, the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region designated Kuixing Building as a key cultural relic protection unit in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. 1995 was designated as the patriotic education base of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Wujia Town: Located in the southwest of donglan, Wujia Town is the hometown of three early agricultural movement leaders in China, the Youjiang revolutionary base, the place where Zhang and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation fought and lived, and it is a famous old revolutionary base area. The town has beautiful scenery and rural scenery, and there are many revolutionary sites and remains. Among them, Kuixinglou (the former site of the front committee of the Red Seventh Army) and Leningyan (the former site of the Guangxi Agricultural and Livestock Training Course) were identified by the autonomous region as district-level key cultural relics protection units and patriotic education bases, and became revolutionary martyrs remembered by future generations.
