Implement happy management, establish a good class spirit, implement full-time management, and promote the progress of the whole class.

First, what is happiness management?

On the premise that students must abide by school rules and regulations and their behavior must conform to the code of conduct of middle school students, create a relaxed, happy and harmonious learning and living environment for students. Use this environment to infect and guide students, so that they can study consciously, live happily and grow healthily.

Second, what is total staff management?

That is, the whole class participates in class management. According to each student's specialty, arrange things for them. It is not only conducive to the growth of students, but also conducive to the formation of the internal supervision mechanism of the class and promote the overall progress of the class.

Third, the practice of "happy management"

1. Change students' thinking and create preconditions for "happy management".

Students from all corners of the country form a new class group, so we must let them adapt to the new group as soon as possible, love the new group and integrate into the new study life. I take a two-step approach:

The first step is to clear away and change students' bad thoughts of not loving learning and being free and loose in the past, so that they can fully accept new ideas and unify new understanding: collectivism, love learning, and have the consciousness of observing school rules and disciplines at the beginning of enrollment. It took me about three weeks to instill and infiltrate these ideas into them through class meetings, the second class, classroom teaching and individual heart-to-heart talks, and put them into practice in the formation of the concept of "five loves", that is, love of learning, love of majors, love of classes, love of collectives and love of schools, so that students can concentrate all their energy on their daily study life such as classes, self-study, activities and hygiene.

The second step is to formulate the corresponding class management system, such as: reward and punishment system, study regular inspection system and so on. Through the implementation of the system, students have no energy and conditions to do things that violate school rules. After a period of time, the concept of "five loves" gradually formed. People who used to love learning loved learning more, while those who didn't began to hate learning and found their long-lost self-confidence. The collective consciousness has been gradually enhanced, the good class spirit has begun to take shape, and the phenomenon of violation of discipline has never happened.

2. Reflect happiness management in setting goals.

In order to do a good job in class, the class teacher must set a series of goals. In my opinion, the goal cannot be achieved in one step and divorced from reality, otherwise it will make students feel unattainable, thus losing confidence and even giving up completely. I set "phased goals" for different situations. Practice has proved that students have found confidence through their efforts to achieve the phased goals, and have achieved one achievement after another unconsciously.

Example of class management objectives: 1: Step 1: Completely change students' past ideas of being free and loose, and form the concept of observing discipline and unifying collectivism. Third, provide students with some learning methods and skills, which can be taught by teachers or invited students who have learned well to talk about their experiences. Example 2: While doing ideological work for dormitories with poor hygiene performance, I set a phased goal: the first step is to pass the grade, the second step is to get out of the bottom ranks, and the third step is to launch an impact on excellent dormitories. Through the efforts of this hierarchical goal, their dormitory hygiene performance has made obvious progress. Because the steps are small, the goals are clear, the students' burden is light and they are full of confidence.

3. Deal with the relationship between teachers and students, establish feelings between teachers and students, and create a humanistic environment for happy management. Dealing with the relationship between teachers and students, like everyone else, is to grasp a degree, not too close or too nervous. As a class teacher, on the basis of strict management, we should pay more attention to their study and living conditions, talk with them more and go deep into the dormitory. This will increase the understanding between teachers and students, make students realize teachers' sense of responsibility and intimacy, enhance their trust and respect for teachers, infect and influence their hearts, and create conditions for the relaxed and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.

4. Happiness management is reflected in the criticism of students. It is unpleasant to be tried to accept criticism. As for criticizing students, I insist on the principle of praise before criticism and praise before criticism, and I will never give in to criticism. In my opinion, the point is to tell students what to do after making mistakes. We should make them realize that they are still good students after making mistakes, find out their advantages and achievements, draw their future development prospects and give them light and hope. At this time, students may have turned pressure into motivation and only thought about what to do in the future. Give them a relaxed and happy mood, and students will happily devote themselves to their study and life.

Fourth, the implementation of full staff management.

1. In order to let capable people join the class committee as much as possible, I adopt the practice of "one post with many people", that is, there are several class committees in the same position, such as four propaganda committee members and two style committee members in our class, with a clear division of labor, so as to avoid contradictions, avoid wasting "talents" and improve students' enthusiasm.

For those incompetent class cadres, my approach is not to completely eliminate them, but to let others fight side by side with him, so as to maintain his face, give him self-esteem and get the support and recognition of other students who support him. In short, it will not affect anyone and improve work efficiency.

3. For those students who are not class cadres, let them participate in class management and improve their enthusiasm. Our class has set up a special supervision and inspection team, the main members of which are non-class cadres. They are responsible for supervising and inspecting the work of the class, putting forward the existing problems, and letting the whole class supervise and restrict each other. Under this mechanism, the students can improve together, which also plays a very good role in promoting the formation of a good class spirit.
