Four. Employment methods and treatment
(a) employed by the personnel agency, the basic salary, performance salary and housing provident fund shall be implemented with reference to the standards of similar personnel at the same level in the school.
(2) The school pays various social insurances for personnel agents according to relevant policies and regulations. The part that the unit should pay is paid by the school, and the part that the individual should pay is withheld and remitted by the school.

(1) Personal Registration
After the announcement of the appointment notice, eligible students can register in their college. (2) Recommended by institutions
Before 20 18, each college will examine the qualifications of candidates, sign the recommendation of the college on the Registration Form of Employed Full-time Counselors in Huangshan College, affix the official seal of the General Party Branch of the college, and make a list of qualified candidates, the Registration Form of Employed Full-time Counselors in Huangshan College, copies of relevant certificates (the college department is responsible for reviewing and affixing the official seal of the General Party Branch of the college) and academic transcripts (printed and collected by the college system).
(3) School audit

2. Interview. Candidates' written test scores are sorted from high to low, and the shortlisted candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:4. The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive professional qualities and abilities such as political thought, psychological quality, professional ability, expression ability and communication ability.
Step 3 check. Within two weeks after the interview, according to the comprehensive ranking results of written test and interview and the number of places to be selected, the candidates will be inspected according to the ratio of 1: 1.2, and they will go to the college where the candidates are located to listen to the opinions of students and colleges and make inspection conclusions. Those who fail to pass the inspection will be replenished from high score to low score according to the comprehensive ranking score and inspection conclusion.
(six) to determine the candidates to be employed and publicize them.
The leading group for the selection of full-time counselors in the school puts forward the candidates to be hired according to the assessment and reports them to the school for approval. During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the candidate to be hired, you can complain to the leading group for the selection of full-time counselors in the school (the office is located in the student office) or the school discipline inspection commission, and the relevant departments should check and handle it in time.
(7) Physical examination
After publicity, candidates who have no objection are required to take a physical examination, which is in principle conducted in a tertiary first-class hospital designated by the school. Physical examination does not meet the conditions, according to the vacancy, after the approval of the school, according to the comprehensive ranking results and inspection conclusions, from high score to low score. If the applicant fails to complete the medical examination in time within two weeks after receiving the medical examination notice, the school may cancel his medical examination qualification.
(8) Contract employment
After publicity without objection, sign the employment agreement for graduates. If the proposed employee fails to sign the employment agreement with the school in time within three weeks, the school may cancel his employment qualification.
The employment system shall be implemented for new employees, and an employment contract shall be signed when they report for duty. The initial employment period (service period) is four years, and the probation period is six months, which is included in the contract period.
