The time card is divided into two parts, one is the dispatch card and the other is the time card. After graduation, the dispatch card will be put into your file and sent directly to your unit by the state (the file is a state secret and no one can hold it). The registration card is brought by the individual to report to the unit, and the handover procedures of files and accounts are completed.

The function of the registration card is

1. Vouchers declared to the receiving company;

2 to prove that the certified graduates are students included in the national unified enrollment plan;

3, the national cadre identity certificate;

4. Relocation formalities in registered permanent residence with registration cards and other related materials.
