(six) to guide the work of the district education supervision institutions, summarize and popularize the experience of education supervision, and organize the investigation and study of education supervision and the training of inspectors;
(seven) to participate in the examination and approval of advanced collectives and individuals at or above the municipal level;
(eight) to perform other duties authorized by the Municipal People's government. The main responsibilities of the sixth district education supervision institutions are:
(a) to supervise the implementation of education laws, regulations and rules in the whole region;
(two) to supervise the town people's government and the street offices to perform their educational duties;
(three) to supervise the schools and other educational institutions and school-running units within their respective jurisdictions;
(four) to participate in the examination and approval of advanced collectives and individuals at or above the district level;
(five) to perform other duties authorized by the District People's government. Seventh city and district education supervision institutions shall report to the people's government at the same level every year, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the education reform and development in this area. Eighth inspectors are personnel who perform the task of educational supervision and perform the functions and powers of educational supervision.
The inspector shall be issued an inspector certificate by the people's government at the corresponding level.
The Municipal People's Government shall establish a regular assessment and reward and punishment system for inspectors. Article 9 An educational supervision institution shall have a chief inspector, a deputy director inspector and an inspector, who shall be appointed and removed by the relevant departments according to the authority of appointment and removal.
The municipal and district people's governments may, according to the needs of educational supervision, appoint part-time inspectors or specially invited inspectors. Part-time inspectors and invited inspectors have the same authority as full-time inspectors. Tenth full-time inspectors must meet the following basic conditions:

(five) abide by the law, adhere to principles, contact with the masses, and act according to law. Eleventh education supervision is divided into comprehensive supervision, special supervision and random supervision.
Comprehensive supervision refers to the comprehensive supervision and evaluation of the educational work of the supervised units by the educational supervision institutions.
Special supervision refers to the single or multiple supervision and inspection conducted by educational supervision institutions on the educational work of the supervised units. Random supervision refers to the random inspection and investigation activities carried out by educational supervision institutions to a region, a department or a school from time to time. Twelfth comprehensive inspection and special inspection work according to the following procedures:
(a) the education supervision institution shall issue a supervision plan or supervision outline, and notify the supervised unit in writing 15 days before the supervision;
(two) the supervised unit shall conduct self-examination according to the supervision plan or supervision outline, and submit relevant materials to the supervision institution within the specified time;
(three) on the basis of reviewing the materials submitted by the supervised unit, the supervisory institution shall organize inspection and evaluation according to the situation;
(four) after the supervision activities, the supervision institution shall inform the supervised unit of the situation and put forward opinions and suggestions; The supervised unit shall make rectification on schedule according to the supervision requirements and report to the supervision institution; The supervisory institution considers it necessary to conduct a review;
(five) after the completion of the supervision task, the supervision institution shall report the supervision results to the people's government at the corresponding level and the superior supervision institution, and the supervision results may be announced to the public with the consent of the people's government at the corresponding level. Thirteenth education supervision institutions can take the following ways to carry out supervision work:
(a) held a forum to listen to the report;
(two) access to relevant written documents and audio-visual materials;
(3) Interviewing, testing and questionnaire survey of relevant personnel;
(4) on-site investigation;
(5) Entrusting relevant institutions to conduct investigation, testing and evaluation. Fourteenth in the supervision activities, educational supervision institutions and inspectors have the following powers:
(a) to require the supervised units and relevant departments to provide documents and materials related to the supervision matters and report their work;
(two) to attend the relevant meetings of the supervised units;
(three) to put forward supervision opinions and suggestions on the education work of the supervised units;
(four) in violation of education laws, regulations and rules, have the right to stop or suggest the relevant departments to deal with it according to law;
(five) in emergency situations, such as endangering the personal safety of teachers and students, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students, and disturbing the normal teaching order, requesting the relevant responsible units to stop it;
(six) to make suggestions on the appointment and removal of school principals under the jurisdiction of the administrative department of education at the same level.
