What is a special school?
Special education schools are compulsory education institutions for disabled children and adolescents organized by the government, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, other social organizations and individual citizens according to law.

A disabled person refers to a person who has lost all or part of his ability to engage in certain activities in a normal way in psychology, physiology and human structure or some organizations and functions are abnormal.
