Online education. Distance online education is a new educational model, which allows pilot universities to carry out academic education and non-academic education through modern communication networks on the basis of online teaching in schools. General higher education. Ordinary colleges and universities refer to full-time universities, independent colleges, junior colleges and vocational and technical colleges that are approved to be held in accordance with the setting standards and examination and approval procedures stipulated by the state, with high school graduates as the main training targets and implement higher education.
