First, the enrollment target and the application conditions
Candidates must meet the following conditions before taking the exam:
1.2020 fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), support the leadership of China, abide by the law, and have good moral quality;
3. Students can apply for a second bachelor's degree in a different category from the original undergraduate major. For details, please refer to the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities (2012);
4. The physical health status is in line with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.

Third, the registration method
1. All candidates who meet the registration requirements are individuals, and each candidate is only allowed to register for one major.
2. Deadline for registration: August 2020 1 1, 16: 00.
3. Registration method: Candidates who meet the registration requirements will send the registration materials to dldxzs2020@dlu.edu.cn before the registration deadline. The name of the compressed file of the application materials and the title of the email are "name of the institution to be registered+name of the major to be registered+name" (if the application is not accepted after the deadline, the application will be deemed invalid if the materials are incomplete).
4. Application materials:
(1) 1 scanned copy of degree certificate issued by institutions of higher learning;
(2) Scanned graduation certificate issued by institutions of higher learning 1 copy;
(3) my ID card 1 scanned copy (front and back);
(4) Recent bareheaded electronic photos of my upper body 1 piece;

Four. qualification test
The school will review the candidates' application materials, and publicize the approved list and interview requirements in Dalian University Undergraduate Admissions Network (/) on August 3, 2020.

Interview method: Candidates can participate in online remote interview with the original ID card.

Sixth, the admission method
1. The school will conscientiously implement the relevant enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education. Candidates who meet the registration requirements will be admitted and issued an admission notice after being approved by the school's undergraduate enrollment leading group.
2. Students are required to submit the first bachelor's degree certificate, admission notice and original ID card at the time of registration. Those who have not obtained the first bachelor's degree will be disqualified.
3. After the freshmen report, they will take part in the physical examination organized by the school. Those who fail the medical examination are disqualified.
4. Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified once verified.
5. The school plans to announce the proposed admission results on the undergraduate enrollment network of Dalian University on August 19, and the final admission results are subject to the admission notice.
VII. Training and Graduation
1. The second bachelor's degree has a two-year academic system and full-time study. It is incorporated into our school's student status management system and managed in a unified manner according to the relevant regulations on undergraduate management.
2. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time are awarded the second bachelor's degree of this school; Those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting will be awarded the second bachelor's degree certificate of general higher education. Those who fail to meet the graduation requirements may not extend their study time or issue a certificate of completion. For students who drop out of school, our school can issue a certificate of junior college education or a certificate of realistic study.
3. Graduates of the second bachelor's degree shall be dispatched by fresh graduates and go through relevant employment procedures. Students who drop out of school will be dispatched as undergraduate graduates in the year of suspension.
4. The second bachelor's degree students refer to the corresponding undergraduate students in terms of student financial assistance and fees. Tuition and accommodation fees of all majors shall be subject to the Articles of Association for Undergraduate Admissions of Dalian University in 2020.
