Haihe Education Park is located on the south bank of the middle reaches of Haihe River between downtown Tianjin and Binhai New Area, bordering Tianjin Avenue in the north, Jingang Highway and Jinjin Expressway in the south, Jishan Expressway connecting line in the west and Xianshuigu West Outer Ring Road in the east. The planned total area is 37 square kilometers, the planned school scale is 200,000, the permanent population is 65,438+10,000, and the annual social training is 300,000.

The education park as a whole forms a layout structure of "one corridor and two wings".
