First, constantly improve the system of teachers' congresses and actively play the role of bridge and link between party organizations and the masses.

After careful preparation, the list of delegates, meeting notice, meeting schedule, venue layout, printing of meeting materials, meeting meals, meeting car and other matters have been implemented one by one, making full preparations for the smooth convening of the Fourth Teachers' Congress.

2. Cooperate with relevant departments and consult the construction opinions of Xianlin Campus.

At present, the school is asking for suggestions and opinions from the staff and workers on the planning and construction of Xianlin International Campus, including the construction and purchase of staff and workers' dormitories. The school trade union has done a lot of practical things in cooperation with relevant departments, not only seriously listening to and reflecting the opinions and suggestions of the staff and workers, but also providing an effective basis for the introduction of school policies, and assisting the party and the government in ideological work, resolving contradictions and giving play to the role of trade unions as a bridge. In February, it jointly issued with the real estate department the "Draft for Comments on the Purchase of Commercial Housing by Faculty in Xianlin Campus of Nanjing University".
