For example, if you know fruit in the scientific field, you can arouse children's senses and perceive its characteristics by touching, smelling, watching and eating. Verify the concept of ups and downs through hands-on experiments; In the field of mathematics, we can learn the decomposition of numbers in practical operations such as dividing food and toys. If I design activities, I will first understand the children's original knowledge, experience and interest needs, and then set goals and choose appropriate content to provide children with rich and suitable teaching AIDS and layered game materials. At the same time, we will fully understand and respect the individual differences in children's development and support and guide them to develop from the original level to a higher level. 2. The change of teaching mode and educational method, from single collective teaching to regional activities, life activities and outdoor games.

Children's learning is carried out in games and daily life. Teachers should grasp the educational opportunities in time and cultivate children's awareness of rules, self-care, hygiene habits and gender awareness through random education in toilet, drinking, washing, eating and sleeping. A day's life is education, and many goals can't be achieved by books alone.

3. Role change, repositioning the role you play.

Now, I am more of a collaborator, supporter and guide in children's learning, observing and interpreting children's behavior in activities. I will work with the children to create an environment, decorate a theme wall and make a class convention. I will cross-intervene in the children's "Doll's House" game as a small guest to drive the game deeper; I will intervene in the art area and the building area in parallel, and design, build, communicate, discuss and solve problems with my children. ...

4. The status of teaching and research has changed from passive acceptance to active participation.

I not only become the master of teaching and research, but also often carry out "bottom-up" teaching and research with my own problems. I enjoy this teaching and research process very much and strive to grow into a research-oriented and reflective preschool teacher in the new era.

Second, as a parent, I have gained and grown from my experience.

Both my children graduated from kindergartens in our town. The comparison before and after ten years not only showed me the gains and growth of children under the new educational concept, but also personally felt the innovation of parents' educational concept.

2. Establish a correct concept of family education

Through parent-teacher conferences, educational lectures, training and study, advanced and scientific educational concepts have gradually taken root in people's hearts. During the observation activities, we saw that children were "playing with middle school and learning", and our parents' understanding of "education" has also undergone earth-shaking changes. They no longer only pay attention to the obvious things such as what children can draw, how many songs they can sing, how many words they can recognize and how many formulas they can calculate, but pay more attention to the hidden things, including the quality of thinking, the cultivation of learning and behavior habits. When a child draws a picture, he will ask him with appreciation what he is drawing and whether he has his own unique ideas, instead of just paying attention to the portrait. In life, children will be guided to look at calendars, time and thermometers, making him feel that mathematics is everywhere, and digital babies have many functions, instead of just paying attention to how many problems he can calculate; When a child needs company, he will pick up a picture book and insist on parent-child reading before going to bed every day to cultivate his reading habits and interests, instead of just paying attention to how many words he recognizes. ...
