First, the membership conditions:

As the Society is an academic group specializing in folk music, its members are required to be composers, theorists, conductors, performers, educators, editors, activists and producers of national musical instruments. In the specific operation, the following conditions should be observed.

(1) All folk music workers with deputy senior titles or above can generally be approved to join the club;

(2) Old folk music workers over 40 years old, although not rated as senior titles for various reasons, have made contributions to the construction and development of Chinese folk music for many years, have certain artistic achievements, have certain social influence and prestige in a region, and can also be approved to join the club.

(3) Young folk music workers who won the first, second and third prizes and excellent prizes in the national folk music competition may be approved to join the club; Who won the first, second and third prizes in the provincial folk music competition, can also be approved to join; You can also approve the band leaders, soloists, sound ministers or business backbones of major folk bands to join; You can also approve young folk music lecturers from major music and art colleges to join the club.

Second, the membership procedure

(1) Membership applicants can apply for membership and ask their local national orchestral society, honorary directors, executive directors, directors and member contacts for recommendations. Those who meet the membership requirements shall be issued a membership registration form by the recommender. Local national orchestral societies, local honorary directors, standing directors, directors and member contacts can also take the initiative to contact folk music workers who meet the membership conditions and recommend joining. Issue membership registration forms to those who are willing to join.

(2) After filling in the form, the applicant should first ask the local folk music society or my work unit to sign the opinions, and then ask the honorary director, executive director, director and member contact person of the Association to sign the recommendation opinions. (One referee is enough)

(4) After the above procedures are completed, they shall be examined and approved by the Standing Council of the Association, and signed by the Minister of Organization Department, and the staff of the Association's office shall go through the registration formalities and issue membership cards.

Three, Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province folk music workers request membership, once approved, it is a full member of the club. Foreign Hua Le workers who wish to join the Association can be approved as honorary members of the Association as long as they meet the requirements. Former domestic members who have studied and settled abroad, who retain China nationality, are still full members of the Institute; Once you acquire foreign nationality, you will automatically become an honorary member.

4. Honorary directors, standing directors, directors and member contacts of local national orchestral societies and associations are invited to actively develop new members according to the spirit of this circular.
