The degree of implementation is locked.

The Notice of Qixing District Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in Primary School Enrollment in the Fall semester of 2022 clearly states that starting from the fall semester of 2022, Qixing District will fully implement the policy of "degree locking of real estate (real estate)", that is, all the real estate (real estate) used by students will be locked.

This is the third city in our city to implement the policy of "school district housing degree locking" after Lequn Primary School, Ronghu Primary School (including branch schools), Zhonghua Primary School, Guiling Primary School, Ji Feng Primary School, Ludi Primary School, Gong Ji Primary School and Chengbei Primary School in Diecai District.

Compared with Xiufeng District and Diecai District, which are only some primary schools, Qixing District is the one where all public primary schools are locked in degrees.

The "Notice" proposes:

(a) the real estate (real estate) used by school-age students in public primary schools is locked, and a set of real estate (real estate) primary schools is locked for 6 years. During the period of study at school, a student who holds a real estate (real estate) degree cannot be used by other students to apply for a degree (including the change of the owner or lessee of the school district), unless he is a direct sibling of the same legal guardian as the student (provided that the owner or lessee of the school district is the legal guardian of the student when applying for admission).

If the ancestral property is used, the property (real estate) can only be used for one child's children (including immediate siblings) to apply for a degree, and the property (real estate) will be locked after enrollment. During the lock-up period, other children will be enrolled by the District Education Bureau.

(2) After graduation or transfer, students with real estate (real estate) degrees will be released from the lock on real estate (real estate) and can be used to apply for a degree again (if there are immediate siblings studying, they will be postponed to graduation or transfer accordingly).
