Hello everyone! Standing here, I am proud to tell you that I come from Daxing junior high school. My name is Little Iron Soldier Fish. At the same time, I am ashamed to tell you that I am not the best teacher in Daxing junior high school. Under the new situation of Bishan education quality evaluation system, I have reason to believe that all schools have been "brand-new". Since the beginning of this school year, under the leadership and care of the Education Committee, Daxing Junior Middle School has kept its educational and teaching achievements in the forefront of similar schools. First, the requirements are high and the understanding is higher.

From 2065438 to September 2005, the District Education Committee revised the quality evaluation scheme, and our school formulated a new quality evaluation scheme in time according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Education Committee. The "eugenic rate" requires us to train more top students, and the "average score" requires us to pay attention to the overall level of the class. From 2065438 to 2006, the Education Commission gave 4% preferential policies to students with learning difficulties. There are 240 students in the second grade of my junior high school, so my focus is very clear-not 72 students in 30%, but 90 top students, and the requirements for students with poor grades in the class are reduced by 20%. In addition, in the concept of "Qi Xin working together" in school collaborative teaching, I should also pay attention to the achievements of other classes in the same grade. In this way, the teachers of our classmates in the same grade twisted into a "rope", played a good game of chess, prepared lessons collectively, unified progress, unified proposition, unified test, collective analysis and collective improvement, forming a strong development synergy, in exchange for the effect that "everything is possible when everyone gathers firewood."

Second, the pressure is great and the determination is greater.

I used to think so: the "early warning" system of quality evaluation of the District Education Commission is a sword hanging over my head! A little slack may lead to "disaster" falling from the sky ... I am always alert to every moment that can make it fall, which makes me exhausted and unbearable. But seeing so many comrades in arms, they don't necessarily think it's a sword. Everyone works under the "early warning", but not everyone catches a cold on his head. I see: It takes a lot of practice to turn Nirvana into steel! If shortcomings determine your height, then determination determines your success. The original intention of the district education commission to formulate the quality assessment system is not to let us do nothing! Under such circumstances, we should have a thorough understanding of the joys and sorrows, and also have the joy and heroism after the rapids and dangerous beaches. Never let yourself fall behind! Never give the school a dark place! Bathe in the morning light and ask yourself, what are you going to do today? How much is the harvest of managing a day by stepping on the sunset? Facing the curriculum reform in Bishan in full swing, I will carry out the classroom teaching reform to the end. The process of self-tempering is painful. The old concept of education has always influenced me, and poor students in rural areas have also troubled me. I started with every detail of education and overcame the generalized work style. Prepare for the exam before class, prepare teaching materials and prepare for study; Classroom lectures are concise, the time of lectures and exercises is well controlled, and the exercises in the classroom are graded, and feedback and correction are made in time to prevent mistakes from "staying overnight".
