How to train a group of teachers with high moral character, strong scientific research ability, great academic influence and high professional achievements in schools? Practice has proved that first of all, we should strengthen the professional influence and academic influence of leading teachers, let them drive the development of teachers' professional community, set the direction, goal and focus together in the community, promote the in-depth development of teachers' group and promote the development of teachers and students in the same frequency.

"Being a good teacher" focuses on reaching the standard, and "being a good teacher" focuses on setting standards. What kind of person should a teacher be? The "four haves" standard of a good teacher gives the teacher a yardstick. We often say that good students should have warm hearts and smart brains; We have been saying that teachers should make children have the ability to do meaningful things, so that children have temperature and wisdom.
