Colleges and universities should recruit students by major in principle. 2. Track and field, beach volleyball and other projects are included in the national unified examination.

The Ministry of Education has made special arrangements for special types of enrollment in colleges and universities, and it is clear that in 2023, the enrollment professional test of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities will adopt national unified examination, college examination and other organizational methods. Among them, football, table tennis, badminton, swimming, track and field, martial arts, taekwondo, fencing, baseball, beach volleyball, ice and snow, etc. 1 1 are subject to national unified examination.

Compared with 2022, track and field and beach volleyball are newly included in the national unified examination.

3. The number of colleges and universities trained by "Talent Plan" has increased to 58.

In 2023, the scope of the "Talent Plan" was further expanded, and the number of colleges and universities increased to 58, covering 25 cities. It is planned to train 1700 middle school students with excellent academic performance and spare capacity.

They will enter Peking University, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University and other universities, and take part in scientific research, academic discussion and scientific research practice for one year under the guidance of famous scientists in basic natural sciences such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and computer.

4. Cancellation of employment registration card

From 2023, the employment registration cards for college graduates and the national master's degree graduates will no longer be issued, and the procedures for completing and reassigning the employment registration cards will be cancelled. The employment registration cards will no longer be used as necessary materials for college graduates' recruitment, employment, settlement, file reception and transfer.

It is a necessary link for colleges and universities to set up a registration system for college graduates' graduation destination.
