According to the document requirements of the Provincial Education Department and the Municipal Education Bureau, our school calls on all teachers and students to take active actions and earnestly study and practice Lei Feng's spirit of serving the people and helping others. Starting from real small things, learning from Lei Feng and putting it into action are aimed at practicing the spirit of Lei Feng and carrying forward the spirit of Lei Feng with practical actions. Relevant departments organize educational practice activities in the whole school to learn from Lei Feng and make contributions in the "three levels". The experience of related activities is introduced and summarized as follows:
First, strengthen publicity and form an atmosphere.
In order to implement the activity of learning from Lei Feng, our school actively responded to the call of superiors, combined with the actual situation of our unit, formulated the action plan of learning from Lei Feng, issued a proposal for learning from Lei Feng, planned and arranged the action, hung propaganda banners, produced five large-scale pages, published Lei Feng columns, and used the "Voice of Campus" radio station and flag-raising ceremony to tell all teachers and students about Comrade Lei Feng's life story. League branches at all levels have made handwritten copies. The students were deeply impressed, which created a good learning atmosphere and made them have a deeper understanding of the spiritual connotation of Lei Feng. Carry out theme learning, group discussion and other activities, and lead all teachers and students to approach Lei Feng through Lei Feng's arrangement exhibition to understand his touching deeds, find his footprints, experience his spirit and grasp his essence. Learn from Lei Feng's spirit of serving the public wholeheartedly, serving the people wholeheartedly, daring to sacrifice for the country and the collective, regardless of personal gains and losses. As the staff of the education system, we should learn from his spirit of serving the people wholeheartedly, be strict with ourselves in our daily work, and strive for the national education cause without regrets. Our school has concentrated on the educational activities of "three levels" of learning from Lei Feng's actions. Through study days, symposiums, theme class meetings and other forms, we study and discuss the great significance of learning Lei Feng's spirit in the new period, and improve the ideological and moral realm of all teachers and students by reading Lei Feng's diary, telling Lei Feng's stories and learning Lei Feng's spirit. Vigorously promote Lei Feng-style model figures in schools, set off an upsurge of learning moral models and seeing practical actions in schools, and create a strong atmosphere of respecting and caring for model figures and advocating learning advanced models in the whole school. Through learning activities, guide all students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, consciously be the inheritor of Chinese traditional virtues, the practitioner of socialist moral norms and the builder of good social customs, and strive to form a good atmosphere in the whole school in which everyone practices Lei Feng spirit and strives to be an advanced model.

2. At the beginning of March, the joint office of the Political and Educational Affairs Office and the Youth League Committee used layout and banners on campus to create a strong atmosphere of learning from Lei Feng. The banner reads: "Cultivate civilized habits, follow moral norms and be the successor of Lei Feng", "Learn from Lei Feng's good example, be ready to help others, make progress every day and carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng from generation to generation" and "Learn from Lei Feng's spirit, always help others, set an example everywhere and create a harmonious campus".
3. Hold a speech contest "Learn from Lei Feng to know honor and disgrace". In order to carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng and give our students an ideological baptism, the school decided to organize a speech contest "Learn from Lei Feng to know honor and disgrace". The theme of the speech is "Learn from Lei Feng, Know Honor and Disgrace", including learning from Comrade Lei Feng's concept of honor and disgrace, civilization and nail spirit. This activity selected 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes and 3 third prizes 10, and held a speech contest of "Carrying forward the spirit of Lei Feng and striving to be a successor of Lei Feng" in primary and secondary schools in lingbao city. Yan Yibo, a student of our school 1 102, gave a speech on "Walking with Lei Feng in Four Seasons" and won the first prize in our city.
4, "Learn from Lei Feng" slogan collection activities. In the slogan solicitation activities, everyone from party member to ordinary students responded positively. According to their personal understanding and perception of "Lei Feng Spirit", they give full play to their wisdom and create advertisements that are close to the theme and have unique characteristics of the times and industry. In just three days, more than 50 slogans were collected from/kloc-0, and finally 30 excellent slogans were selected and displayed in the lobby of Zhenshan Building for everyone to taste and learn. A series of vivid and novel slogans have been well received by everyone. This activity enriched the cultural life of teachers and students and created a strong atmosphere of learning from Lei Feng, which benefited everyone. As one student said: "This time, in order to create a slogan that I am satisfied with, I specially consulted the life story of Comrade Lei Feng and read Lei Feng's diary, and got a new understanding of Lei Feng's spirit. 5. Hold the essay activity of "Spring Warm March Lei Feng Spirit". As a representative of serving the people, "Lei Feng" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and his deeds have also been sung in thousands of households. In March, the spring breeze warmed up, and the spirit of Lei Feng overflowed the whole campus, and touching stories floated into our hearts, continuing Lei Feng's selfless love. In order to impress all senior one students with this touching history, cultivate the spirit of repaying the society with love, and further enhance the image of senior one, the Youth League Committee specially held an essay contest called "Spirit of Lei Feng in March in Spring". Students enthusiastically contributed their papers, and after the evaluation by the jury, they were awarded the first prize 10, 20 second prizes and 30 third prizes. And use the campus radio station to read excellent manuscripts to all teachers and students.
6. The theme of "learning from Lei Feng" is black and handwritten newspaper. Students in all classes took active actions, designed novel pages to tell Lei Feng's story, told Lei Feng's story in the form of pictures and texts, cultivated Lei Feng's spirit, and reproduced Lei Feng's story and the good deeds of helping others around them from all aspects. 8. The Youth League Committee organized volunteers to carry out a volunteer activity of "learning from Lei Feng". On March 5th, four teachers, Su Yinfeng, Chen Le, Yang Mei and Zhao Rankui, led 20 volunteers to the nursing home in Chengguan Town for condolences. During the period, the students chatted with the old people, helped them clean up and performed programs, which won the unanimous praise of the old people and sent them warmth and care. Respecting the old and loving the young is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. "Older than me, older than others", we will know how to honor our parents, and we should open our hearts to accept kind old people in nursing homes. Each class takes the opportunity of "learning from Lei Feng and making meritorious deeds" to actively carry out activities of learning, practicing and summarizing Lei Feng's spirit, so as to increase class cohesion. A long-term mechanism of "learning from Lei Feng" has been established, which combines the learning of Lei Feng spirit with the construction of class culture, students' self-education and practical actions, so that the campus culture, learning atmosphere and behavior norms have been qualitatively improved.
Third, set an example and carry forward the spirit.
The development of the activities made the spirit of Lei Feng reflect the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and the spirit of "three leveling" and the spirit of Lei Feng came down in one continuous line. At the end of March, the members of the organizing group made a self-summary of learning Lei Feng's activity month, and asked each student to write a piece of experience. Each class selected 1 civilized student pacesetter and 5 civilized students, each unit selected 1 civilized class pacesetter and 2 civilized classes, and recommended 15 Lingbao civilized students, 6 civilized classes, 12 civilized groups, 6 excellent moral education teachers and 4 excellent parents. The school commended and rewarded the winning classes and individuals. By summarizing and commending, it is an affirmation of excellent classes and individuals, and it also allows everyone to get another education in ideological education.
Lei Feng spirit is the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation. He is a performer who serves the people wholeheartedly. We should learn from him, not only to do one or two good deeds, but also to understand its connotation and spiritual essence. This is a spirit that is truly embodied in practical actions. Our school will establish an activity coordination and promotion mechanism, strengthen work supervision, and promote the continuous and in-depth development of learning from Lei Feng.
