Longwen district Education Bureau replied that Longwen Campus of Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School is a public primary school directly under the city. Teachers and management are directly managed and responsible by Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School.

Longwen Campus of Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School is located in the north of Zhanghua East Road and west of Shicang North Road, in the center of Shangmeihu District. The planned area is 33,000 square meters and the total construction area is about 38,000 square meters. The main construction facilities are teaching building, teaching complex, science building, gymnasium and 250-meter plastic runway.
