Xingwen County belongs to Yibin City, Sichuan Province, located in the southern edge of Sichuan Basin, at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou. The county is 47 kilometers long from east to west and 43 kilometers wide from north to south. The county seat is 0/05km away from Yibin and Luzhou/kloc. In 20 14, Xingwen county governed 9 towns, 1 township and 5 ethnic townships. There are many ethnic groups in the county, mainly Han, as well as Miao, Hui, Tibetan, Manchu and other ethnic minorities.

Shihaidong Township is located in Xingwen County in the south of Sichuan Province. Because there are 17 townships with stone forests and caves in this county, it has the reputation of "Stone Cave Township". Shihaidong Township is one of the most perfect karst areas in China. It ranks with the bamboo sea, dinosaurs and hanging coffins as the four wonders of southern Sichuan. Shenfeng Tunnel in Zhoujia Town has the largest area, reaching more than 200,000 square meters.

Tianquan Cave has a wide entrance, and the hall is tall and spacious, with an area similar to that of the entrance hall. There are two pot holes on the left side of the hall. The front cave is called "Wonder of Stone Buds" and the back cave is called "Stone Forest and Bamboo". There is a tall and bright hall at the entrance behind the cave, with an area of13000m2, named "Tiangong".
