Wang Jiaping Village, suburban township on the left side of Chenxi section of Changhuai Highway. Chenxi County, known as Chenyang and Chenxi in ancient times, belongs to Huaihua City, Hunan Province, and is located in the west of Hunan Province, north of Huaihua City and beside Chenshui River. In the county special education school, which is about 4 kilometers away from Chenxi County and located in Wang Jiaping Village, a suburban township on the left side of Chenxi section of Changhuai Highway, a group of special students are happily studying and living here.
