Candidates log on to the registration website and register online. After that, go to the recruitment office in the examination area where you apply for the exam to make on-site confirmation, print the Candidate Registration Confirmation Sheet, check the information and examination subjects on the Candidate Registration Confirmation Sheet, and sign it to the recruitment office for retention after verification. If you fail to make on-site confirmation in the examination area where you apply within the specified time, and fail to sign the "Candidate Registration Confirmation Form", the result will be invalid. After completing the on-site confirmation, candidates should log in to the registration system in time to check the audit status. If the review status is still "under review", candidates should contact the recruitment office of the examination area before the on-site confirmation deadline to modify the review status to avoid invalid registration. On-site confirmation must be carried out by the candidate himself with his ID card to the examination area. If all kinds of training institutions collectively confirm or others replace the on-site confirmation, the examination area will not be accepted.
If the key information (including name, ID number, gender and photo) is incorrect after successful registration in the online registration system, candidates must submit the Application Form for Change of Key Information of Online Registration of Self-taught Higher Education Examination in Qinghai Province to the examination area within the registration time, and provide the original and photocopy of ID card and relevant household registration certificate. After the examination, signature and seal of the recruitment office of the test area, within ten working days after the registration, the test area shall report to the provincial self-study office, and the change of key information shall take effect after the examination and approval of the provincial self-study office.
